Shivamrutham provides event-related services including, but not limited to:

  • Baby shower decorations

  • Engagement decorations

  • Photography services

  • Naming ceremony decorations

  • Birthday party decorations

  • Housewarming (Gruhapravesham) decorations

  • Balloon and flower decorations

  • Games and entertainment services

  • Themed event setups

  • Stage and backdrop arrangements

All services are subject to availability, location feasibility, and confirmation.

3. Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.

  • All booking details (event date, time, location, theme, and package) must be confirmed in writing via WhatsApp, email, or other documented communication.

  • Any changes requested after booking confirmation may be subject to additional charges.

  • Shivamrutham reserves the right to decline bookings at its discretion.

4. Payment Terms

  • A minimum advance payment (typically 10% or as mutually agreed) is required to confirm booking.

  • Full payment must be completed before or at the time of event setup unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments once made are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in cancellation of services.

5. Pricing & Charges

  • Pricing depends on event requirements, materials, customization, and location.

  • Prices may vary based on theme complexity and additional requests.

  • Transportation or delivery charges may apply depending on the event location within or outside Bangalore.

  • Additional services requested beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

All final costs will be communicated before confirmation.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete event information.

  • Ensure timely access to the venue at the agreed setup time.

  • Provide necessary power supply and venue permissions (if required).

  • Inform venue authorities regarding decoration activities.

Shivamrutham shall not be responsible for delays caused by restricted access, venue limitations, or inaccurate information provided by the client.

7. Decorations & Materials

  • Unless otherwise agreed, decoration materials, props, and rental items remain the property of Shivamrutham.

  • Clients must ensure rental items are not damaged, removed, or misplaced.

  • Any loss or damage caused by the client or guests may result in additional charges.

8. Event Delays & Force Majeure

Shivamrutham shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Venue-related issues

  • Power failures

  • Traffic disruptions

In such situations, rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shivamrutham shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of personal belongings at the event

  • Disruptions caused by third parties or external factors

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service booked.

10. Website Usage

By using this website, you agree:

  • Not to misuse, copy, or reproduce content without permission.

  • Not to attempt unauthorized access to website systems.

  • Not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

11. Intellectual Property
