Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment (typically 10% or as mutually agreed).

Advance payment secures event date, manpower scheduling, and material procurement.


2. Cancellation by Client

If the client wishes to cancel the booking, the following policy applies:

  • Cancellation 7 days or more before the event:
    Advance amount may be adjusted to a future booking (within 3 months), subject to availability.

  • Cancellation within 3–6 days before the event:
    Advance amount is non-refundable but may be partially adjusted based on expenses already incurred.

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of the event:
    No refund will be provided, as materials and arrangements are already prepared.

All cancellation requests must be communicated in writing via WhatsApp or email.


3. Refund Policy

  • Advance payments are generally non-refundable once booking is confirmed.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.

Shivamrutham reserves the right to deduct material, labor, and transportation costs already incurred.


4. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule their event date:

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior to the event.

  • New date is subject to availability.

  • Price differences may apply if rescheduled to peak dates.

Only one reschedule request will be accommodated per booking.


5. Cancellation by Shivamrutham

In rare cases where Shivamrutham is unable to provide services due to unavoidable circumstances (such as emergencies, government restrictions, or force majeure):

  • Clients will be offered rescheduling options, or

  • A refund of the advance amount will be processed.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • Client delays that prevent setup completion.

  • Venue denies decoration permission.

  • Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

  • Weather-related disruptions in outdoor events.


7. Customized Orders

Customized materials, personalized prints, and special-order items are strictly non-refundable once production has started.
